Arrowhead Tiger
T-84 also known as Ranthambore’s “Lady of the Lake”, died at the age of 14 on 19 June 2025 after battling a prolonged disease — bone cancer.
She died shortly after the relocation of her daughter Kankati to Mukundra Hills Tiger Reserve. People familiar with the forest know that she wasn’t just another tiger. Just days before her death, she killed a crocodile near Padam Talab, proving to Ranthambore that she was not weak. She also got the name of “crocodile hunter” because of these acts.
She was last captured by award winning nature photographer Sachin rai.
Legendary Lineage
She had a legendary lineage: the daughter of Tigress Krishna and the granddaughter of Tigress Machli, who died at the age of 19.
